What we do with your email, and with your drawings.

What this site collects

Nothing, until you type into the waitlist form. No analytics, no cookies, no tag manager, no session recording, no advertising pixels. The fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading the page contacts nobody else.

What happens when you use the form

Your email — and your practice and project note if you filled them in — is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, over an encrypted connection. It reaches a mailbox we read. We use it to write to you about ArchPHI and for nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a list you did not ask for.

Ask us to delete it and we will, without asking why. Write to hello@archphi.com.

Your drawings

This site does not accept file uploads. When we start work with a practice, these are the terms we sign before anything is sent:

• Your files are used solely for your project, and for nothing else.
• They never train a model — not ours, and not anyone else’s.
• We take the same confidentiality obligation your client puts on you, so nothing we agree to can put you in breach of your own agreement.
• Ask for them back or ask us to destroy them, and we do.

We put that in writing rather than in a policy page, because a policy page is something a company can quietly change and a signed obligation is not.

Security

This site is a set of static files. There is no database, no login and no account of yours to breach, and nothing you send is stored here. Work with client drawings happens outside it, under the terms above.

When your firm needs to review how its files are handled, we answer the questionnaire and sign what your agreements require.

Changes

If this page changes materially and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you in the same email we would have sent anyway.
